Richard is a senior software engineer with particular expertise in full stack web development and data wrangling. He previously led the data engineering team on the Greater Manchester Secure Data Environment, and has created several award-winning web applications for use in UK primary care. Richard has a BA in Mathematics, and a PhD in health informatics.
