Communications and Engagement Manager
Victoria joined the Bennett Institute as a Communications and Engagement Manager in 2026.
Victoria previously worked at Birmingham City Council’s Division of Public Health as a Health Promotion Officer and at North Carolina’s Department of Health and Human Services Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Use Services as a Strategic Communications Manager and Executive Communications Advisor. She is particularly passionate about developing accessible communications that help people access healthcare services when and where they need them.
She holds an MA in Global History from Freie Universitaet and Humboldt Universitaet zu Berlin.
